  Please see above pictures of greasy pizza for proof. I would give zero stars if there were an option.
  My pizza was spongy and soaked with grease I took 1/2 bite and it was disgusting.
  I called right away to let them know and Stephanie offered me a 20% discount next time I order and offered for me to keep this nasty pizza like she's giving me some sort of deal. I told her my husband is on his way home from a retreat and he is expecting to have pizza when he gets home and she told me that they won't resend a corrected pizza but if he'd like to pick it up on his way home she will give me a 50% off discount.
  ((?)) I calmly let her know that this pizza is not something we can eat, it's soaked with grease and that as much money as I just paid, we should not have to pay anything for a replacement. She explained, with a disappointed tone the "we normally don't do this" shpeel and said if he picks it up that it will be free. This is by far the worst customer service I've dealt with at a pizza place ever in my 38 yr old life! Won't be going there ever again.
